Teamleiter Controlling (w/m/d)

To complement our team in Dresden, we are looking for an:

Head of Controlling (m/w/d)

• Designing the transformation of controlling in terms of efficient processes and systems
• Monthly or quarterly results accounting, analyses and reporting of all relevant key performance indicators
• On-schedule execution and coordination of annual budget plans
• Independent preparation of forecasts as well as their regular monitoring, variance analyses and special business evaluations
• Coordination of group-wide cost and performance accounting including maintenance of the controlling IT systems as well as the operational accounting sheet
• Support for our companies in all business management matters that arise as well as systems support
• Cooperation with asset management (project-related risk management)
• Contact person for auditors and tax consultants
• Technical and disciplinary management of the controlling department and further development of employees
• Regular process monitoring and optimization within the department
• Resource and budget planning and assurance
• Direct interface to the management

• Completed business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable degree
• Several years of professional experience in the area of controlling/finance
• High affinity for numbers as well as confident handling of common MS-Office applications, especially Excel is required
• Knowledge of databases (SQL) and/or BI applications as well as SAP or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of French is an advantage
• Leadership experience
• Structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Distinct hands-on mentality
