YOUR IMPACT

As Head of Sales & Customer Impact you help companies to become sustainability heroes of the transformation.

  • by empowering mid-sized companies and partners to leverage their full impact potential for the transformation
  • by creating an impact-strong ecosystem for the transformation with companies, partners, stakeholders and supporters
  • by building the customer impact team and helping team members to reach their full potential as a human being


Specifics

  • you are part of the score4more leadership and co-founding team, overall responsible for sales, customer impact and partner management
  • you set up effective sales, customer relationship and partner management processes, services and support
  • You establish an ecosystem with effective formats (online/offline) connecting customers, service partners and stakeholders to join forces for maximal impact
  • You bring in own entrepreneurial ideas and initiatives that our clients can reach more impact for sustainability

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are intrinsically motivated for sustainability and impact
  • You are highly experienced in B2B sales, customer-facing teams in leadership positions with B2B tech startups
  • You are outgoing and love to approach customers and engage with diversity of industries, clients and partners
  • You have a solid understanding of B2B sustainability in various industries and mid-sized companies incl. trends and regulation (e.g. CSRD)
  • You are empathic with strong leadership skills and 100% team player putting impact and the team first
  • You are business fluent in German and English with strong presentation and concise communication skills
  • You are residing in Germany, ideally Berlin with hybrid models possible
  • You are you, unique and diversifying the team
