You assist with the customization, support, and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
You implement and further develop our business processes in the application
Your brilliant suggestions for improvement and ideas for further development are more than just well accepted – bring it on!

Support the internal service desk with employee inquiries in the area of 2^nd/3^rd level in the specialist area

THIS IS YOU

You own a degree from a university/college in computer science or business informatics or you’re just a total Microsoft Dynamics nerd!
You have first experience and knowledge in Microsoft technologies and applications, especially in customizing and operating with Microsoft Dynamics
You are experienced in mapping commercial processes as well as project and process management combined with user training experience
You are highly customer and service oriented while caring about the latest technologies and trends
You’re very organized and enjoy working independently as part of a great team
You have excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English
