Account Manager D-A-CH (f/m/d) online platform for renewable energies in full-time

At Milk the Sun we facilitate attractive and sustainable investments in renewable assets for everyone. Our open platform is the digital home for photovoltaic (PV) systems, and the go-to place for independent project developers, investors, and operators. Within our platform, you can access the world’s largest international online marketplace for PV systems, as well as a full range of services covering their entire lifecycle. We provide these services through a selected network of partners, as well as through our own developed digital solutions.

We are looking for you to support our team in facilitating our service portfolio to clients in D-A-CH region.

Your tasks:

  • Independent management of our existing client base in D-A-CH region as well as identification and onboarding of new potential clients on our platform
  • Support focus (mainly via mail and phone) on
    • acquisition of PV projects to be marketed on our platform
    • mediate in transaction process between buyer and seller
    • marketing of additional services to support transaction or optimization of PV assets
  • Cross-functional collaboration with our partnership management and technical product team
  • Perspective specialization on specific customer groups and/or service types in the evaluation, operation or optimization of PV systems along the internal development
  • Regular market observation on current developments as well as active participation in relevant trade fairs and events

Your profile:

  • First experience in Sales/Account Management and proven endurance in acquisition and negotiation tasks
  • Enthusiastic about supporting and building lasting relationships with demanding clients by phone and/or e-mail
  • German at native-speaker level as prerequisite as well as very good written and spoken English skills (additional foreign language is an advantage)
  • Structured and proactive working style using common digital tools
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • Technical or PV relevant experience or affinity is preferable
