We work with some of the leading Private Equity-, Impact- and Venture Capital Funds worldwide, but also with Family Businesses, Start-ups and Global Corporations. We help them build out their internal structures and leadership teams to create systemic sustainable change and have real impact for a better future.

Part of this means placing Senior ESG Executives, Impact Professionals, Functional Advisors & Non-Executive Directors into companies and investors active across the entire industry. The other part means facilitating meaningful and tangible exchange across a unique leadership network - both online and in real life formats.

We are looking for you to join our Consulting & Community Building Team that finds the most impactful minds across Europe, builds lasting relationships in this space and helps them connect with the most impactful leadership positions in the industry.

From top-class CEOs to Investors and innovators around the globe. You need the ability and interest to genuinely connect with these people and to do everything you can to help them reach their goals.
Innate curiosity - You like to read, you like to meet people, and you like to ask questions. Once you get answers to your questions you usually have more questions. Our task concentrates largely on understanding and evaluating business models and personal performance, however your job will address various fields of life from renewable energy to circular economies or agtech.
