Your tasks

Do you have extensive experience in sponsorship/influencer marketing, a passion for our industry and the desire to become part of a committed and creative team? Then KoRo is the right place for you! As Head of Sponsoring & Brand Collaborations (m/f/d), you will take on an important key position in our marketing team and help us take our international sponsorship strategy to the next level.

Strategic leadership and development of a dedicated team focussing on influencer sponsorships and collaborations with major brands, for example "Rügenwalder Mühle" or "Mit Vergnügen"
Planning and implementation of long-term international sponsorship strategies that increase KoRo's brand awareness and reach all across Europe
Developing creative sponsorship packages and offers while meeting our ambitious performance objectives
Identifying, selecting and developing collaboration opportunities with relevant international partners and brands
Maintaining and developing existing relationships with partners and brands
Management and realisation of the implementation of an influencer CRM system
Budget management, ensuring efficient use of financial resources
Analysing and reporting on the performance of sponsorship and collaboration initiatives
Ensuring the seamless integration of the sponsorship strategy into the overall strategy through close cross-departmental collaboration with CRM, Brand and Performance Marketing, and others
With relevant previous experience: strategic management of the Offline Projects & Events team and integration into the sponsorship strategy

Your profile

You have more than three years of proven experience in a leadership position in the field of sponsorship/influencer marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
You have excellent English skills or excellent German skills
You have outstanding leadership skills and are able to motivate your team members and promote their individual development in a targeted manner
You are experienced in the strategic implementation of an influencer CRM system and familiar with the coordination of international influencer marketing
A big plus: You have versatile professional experience in the field of offline projects & events
You have strong project management and organisational skills that make it easy for you to prioritise and multitask effectively
You are resilient and able to maintain focus in a dynamic environment and work purposefully towards results
You also have excellent communication and collaboration skills that help you interact with stakeholders at different levels
We are happy if you live in Berlin and come to the office regularly! But this is not a must. 100% remote work is also possible
